Our impacts are growing, see how!
We have three signature programs: classroom mini-grants grants, student scholarships, and we provide fiscal support for small education and youth focused interest groups. We also host special fundraisers based on critical needs that arise, such as the COVID Response Special Fund.
The North Wasco County Education Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors. They are responsible for strategic planning, fiscal oversight, setting and maintaining policy, fundraising, selecting projects and dispensing funds. The board of directors operates independently of the D21 School Board. The Education Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) organization. Tax deductible contributions may be made to the Foundation in a variety of ways.
Building community and raising funds so that all children in the district are thriving and have access to a robust and well-rounded education.
On 8.25.2020, the board of directors adopted a new three year strategic plan. We are extremely excited about our new energy & direction. We invite you to read the full plan below.
